Ways To Pay Your Account

By paying your account on time you help the team manage time and costs. This is why all accounts paid in full by the due date will receive 10% discount off the energy portion of the account (this discount is not available to contracted customers).

King Country Energy offers a range of ways to pay your account – simply select the option which best suits your needs.

1. At one of our local offices
Simply call in to our Mangakino or Taumarunui local offices and pay in person using Cash, Cheque or EFTPOS (Sorry, our Te Kuiti office is unable to accept payments).

2. By Direct Debit
Setting up a direct debit is the easiest way to ensure your account is paid by the due date and you receive your 10% prompt payment discount.
Call one of our friendly customer service representatives, on 0800 523 637 to discuss our direct debit options or download the forms below and send them in.

Our current direct debit options include -

• Variable - Pay the total amount due on the due date
• Fixed - Pay a predetermined amount at regular intervals (monthly, fortnightly or weekly)

3. By Cheque
Simply put a cheque in the reply paid envelope included with your account and pop it in the post, no stamp required. As it takes around three days to process payments made by cheque please send in your payment before the due date to ensure you receive your prompt payment discount.

4. Using Internet or Telebanking
Pay from where ever you are using Internet or Telebanking. You can find our bank account details below or on your latest invoice - please ensure you include your account number/name so we can track your payment.

5. By Automatic Payment
You can pay us a fixed amount by automatic payment at intervals that suit you, leaving you with a smaller amount to pay when you receive your account. You can find our bank account details on your latest invoice - please ensure you include your account number/name so we can track your payment.

6. At any New Zealand Postshop
Simply take a copy of your account with you to any New Zealand Postshop anywhere in the country to pay your account.

7. At one of our local agents
Take a copy of your account and pay at any of the following local payment agents

• Te Kuiti Betta Electrical
• Pio Pio King Country Farmers
• Ohura Food Market
